Amaro

Amaro is the classic Italian digestive. An herbal liqueur to end a good meal. All over the country different producers have been passing down old recepies from one generation to the next of these bitter sweet specialties, based on herbs, roots, flowers, barks and even citrus peels. The alcohol content varies from 16% to 40 %.
