Strawberry season has started – at least in Italy. Did you know that in Italy we use the famous balsamic vinegar from Modena not just for salads, but also as a dressing on strawberries or ice-cream with strawberries. Or you can try risotto with strawberries topped with aceto balsamico. Just to give you some ideas what to do with this slightly sweet, black vinegar full of flavor in this strawberry season.
