Easy recipe for “Zucchini au gratin”

Here is an easy appetizer for you: Zucchini au gratin.

We took the light round zucchini which you can find in Italy during the summer. But it also works with the long ones.

 

  1. Cut the zucchini in slices. Add salt ontop. Leave for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat the oven to 180 degree celsius
  3. Wash off the salt, dry the zuccini.
  4. Mix parmessan cheese, bread crumbs, salt and if you like chopped parsley
  5. Sprinkle the mix on top of the zucchini slices
  6. Put in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until slightly brown on top.
