New Year’s resolution for 2016: Let’s eat healthy, but tasty – and Italian
The holiday season is over. We all have made our New Year’s resolutions for 2016. More exercise, less food, less drinks…
Hey, how about this one: Let’s eat more healthy, but not less or less tasty.
Italian food and the Mediterranean diet is perfect for this New Year’s resolution.
Your body will thank you if you use Extra Virgin Olive Oil, fresh vegetables, Italian organic honey to sweeten your drinks.
And let’s finally forget one of the myths they tell about pasta: Eating pasta makes you fat. This is not true.
Pasta itself doesn’t make you fat. It depends what you put on top. If you cover it with cream sauce and cheese of course it has tons of calories. But if you eat a nice plate of pasta with tomato sauce and a spoon full of extra virgin olive oil on top, this has less calories than a sandwich.
Or just go for an Italian minestrone – vegetable soup. Can’t get more heathy than this.
Have a wonderull Italian 2016 !!
