You are convinced that hair dressers only have gossip magazines ?

Not in Italy.

My hair dresser in Milan Dionea offers -apart from “Wired” in Italian – the latest cooking magazines.

And while he dries my hair  he tells me about the pasta and special beans he cooked last night. Tiny red Beans which come from a small place called Grisano close to Salerno in Southern Italy.

Food is definetly part of the culture in Italy. Even when you get a new hair cut you might get a new recipe for free.

Bravo Lino ! And lucky Consuelo – his girlfriend who can eat Lino’s delicious meals, which I get to see only in pictures.
