Welcome to the Carpigiani Gelato Museum in Bologna, Italy.

Just never forget one thing: Don’t you dare call Italian gelato “ice cream”. You will get a long lecture about the differences. One among them: Gelato has a lot less fat and therefore less calories. Sounds good to us.
