It has been 170 years ago when the Italian liquer-company Fernet Branca was founded in Milan, Italy. Now even a stamp commemorates this nation`s champion.

It was Bernardino Branca who founded the company in 1845. First he sold Fernet Branca in farmacies as a digestive. His three children continued and today the company is still in family hands – the fifth generation ! And Fernet Branca is famous world wide.
