How about a canoe trip in Italy down the historical Tiber river to Rome ?

This week hundreds of people from all over the world are riding, walking or cycling from Città di Castello in Umbria down to Rome, where they are supposed to arrive on May 1st.

We are lucky to witness one start of the International Tiber canoe descent along the way in Pretola. Motivated happy faces enjoying the beautyfull countryside close to Perugia, where ByItaly is based.

You can even change between canoe, bike or foot along the way. And, of course there is great Italian food everywhere.

Next year we want to be part of it !
