You want to help saving a chapel in San Filippino in Tuscany ?

“Save San Filippino” has started a GoFundMe crowdfunding campaign to save this small jewel in San Filippino in Tuscany.

They want to raise 200 000 US-Dollar to restore the 15th century coffered ceiling in San Filippino. Once this is done, they claim, “San Filippino will no longer be in danger of collapsing, and all its interior, including its 15th century coffered ceiling, will be safe once again”. Any amount is appreciated and needed!

We at ByItaly think this is a wonderfull project. Especially since Italy with all its beautyfull art simply can’t afford to keep it all up without private donors.
