There was some strange fruit on the market.

Cedro – cedar. I have seen them before. But being ignorant I asked the obvious question: How do you eat it ?

“As a salad”, I was told. You take off the yellow part, cut it in pieces, put oil and salt on top. That`s it.

I will give it a try.
