Slowing down, enjoying life far awaz from the rush seems to be the megatrend in the world today. Not fast food but slow food. Not fast travel but slow travel.

Italy’s Cruising Line Costa has adapted and launched its third ship of the new concept of “slow cruise”: Those cruise ships stop at smaller ports, give you more time to see the places in smaller groups. And they try to get real local food along their way to serve to the travellers. Especially in Italy.

But you don’t have to book a cruise to slow down. Sometimes it’s enough just to sit down and enjoy a good meal with a nice glass of wine.
