The season for zucchini blossoms has started.

On Italy`s street markets you can already get the wonderfull small zucchini with blossoms. A traditional Italian food.

Just cut them in little pieces. Prepare the zucchini pieces and blossoms in a pan with olive oil, add some safron if you like, and pour over the pasta. I like it with pamesan cheese.
