ByItaly's Italian Food on the road in the US

 

ByItaly with its Italian Food is coming to the US.

Well, not exactly. But two the ByItaly team have decided it is time to travel the West Coast with our kid and dog in a motorhome. So we have three months to explore the open wild nature.

Three months without Italian Food ? No way !

We shipped ourselves a nice care package full of ByItaly Italian food like Tartufella truffle sauce, swordfish pate, tuna with Sicilian orange, Balsamico vinegar, Olive Oil, Pesto Trapanese and a lot more to the Bay Area in California so we could survive all this time.

Not for us, but also for all the old and new friends we are meeting along the way. And we can assure you: They all appreciate some authentic Italian food. We have had Porcini mushroom sauce with old friends in Portland and pasta with truffle sauce at the campground at Elk Lake in Oregon with a wonderful American family – followed by fire roasted marshmallow mushrooms. We can’t wait to have more of these Italian-American food exchanges !

Even though it is not easy with WI-FI out here in the woods we will keep you posted on our travel. Promised !
