    Valpolicella D.o.c. Classico Superiore

This is one of the most significant Valpolicella Superiore in the area and is obtained from the grapes of the Sant’Urbano vineyard, a beautiful hill in the Fumane municipality where the vine seems to find its natural position.
After being carefully selected, the grapes are left to dry for around 20-25 days, concentrating the flavours and enriching the aromas and softness, which find the perfect balance after approximately two years of ageing. It is a wine which stands out for its remarkable elegance and complexity.
This wine makes a delicious accompaniment to red meat dishes and matured cheeses and improves with age.

    Sant'Urbano: the vineyards

This is a place of exceptional beauty where the vines, olive trees and cherry trees seem to have found their natural position among the winding curves of the hills of the municipality of Fumane.
The estate covers 19 hectares and is between 280 and 350 metres above sea level. The soil is volcanic in origin and a mixture of chalk and clay.
