Simple recipe for making your homemade pasta
Fast, not dirty in the kitchen and easy!
Ingredients for 7/8 people:
400 gr. 00 flour, a little wheat flour (used for sprinkling on the wooden board), 4 eggs, salt
Preparation:
- In a large bowl place the flour, a bit of salt, put the eggs in the middle of the flour and mix vigorously with your hands (if needed grease your hands with oil)
- When the dough is firm put it on the wooden board sprinkled with wheat flour (so the dough sticks to the wood) and knead well by pulling the hand wrist.
- When it is compact, form a ball and let rest for 30 minutes wrapped in plastic wrap or a clean cloth.
- Then pull it with a rolling pin until you get a thin layer, and create the pasta you want. You can fold the dough over itself and cut to obtain a paste type Tagliatelle.
Preparation time: 10 minutes + 30 rest.
