Quality pasta made with grade A eggs, 1°milling flour (NO GMOs flour), extruded through bronze, triple puff pastry and dried for 24 hours. Cooking time is about 8 minutes. Package for 4/5 people. Store in a cool, dry place away from light.

    Tonnarello: Type of Egg square shape spaghetti, typical in Lazio and Abruzzo.

    Tasty recipe: cook the tonnarelli in boiling salted water, dice some potatoes, then whisk them with vegetable broth, salt and extra virgin olive oil in a cup; as a result we have a cream of potato. In another pan, skip the calamari with garlic, olive oil and pepper and deglaze with white wine.Cut the dried tomatoes into strips and add them to the squid while cooking. Drain the tonnarelli and sauté in a pan with the fish. Serve the pasta on the mashed potatoes and garnish with a few leaves of mint.
