Description:The cultivation of lentils has spread especially in the highlands where the climate and soil identify the product quality: we've selected the best ones grown up into the Umbrian valleys according to the principles of the organic agriculture. Lentils are rich in protein, vitamins and minerals and are easily digestible. You do not need soaking. Baking 30 minutes.

    Lentils (don't need soak! ready 30 minuts)
    1 onion
    1Garlic clove
    1stick of cellery
    1dry chili
    4 rustical Sausices


    1- Wash,peel and chop the onion,carrot,cellery,ginger in small pieces,take a 4 liter casserole and put4 table spoon of extravirgin olive oil,1 chili and the chopped vegies,startto stir fry at medium fire for about 5 minutes.

    2- Add the lentil,salt and pepper,keep cooking about 10 minuts,add 1 litr of water and leave on medium fire and cook about 30  minuts with lead on.

    3- Add the rustik sausices and cook for 10 more minuts,add 2 table spoon of extravirgin olive oil.

    4- Serve warm maibe with toasted farmers bread.
