Ingredients: mushrooms Champignon 20%, 10% sausage, extra virgin olive oil, white wine, onion, salt, garlic, spices and herbs. After opening store in the fridge for up to 7 days. Our sauces are preservative free.

Tips: Ideal for bruschetta and sandwiches are also excellent for pasta or meat flavor.

    Pasta alla Norcina, - typical Umbrian recipe:

    Ingredients (4 people)

         500 g of pasta (Pici, Strangozzi, or Penne Rigate)
         4 pork sausages
         1 package of cream
         1/3 glass of white wine
         1/2 onion
         Extra virgin olive oil 
         salt and pepper

    How can I make it?

    Chop the onion  in tiny slices. Place it in a pan with a a spone of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, let it not brown, but do not let it burn! Discard the casings from sausages, crumble and add them to the onions, let them go a few minutes and then blend it all with the white wine. Once evaporated add the cream and let it go on for a few minutes on high heat. Add salt if necessary. Meanwhile, cook pasta in salted water, drain it "al dente" and add to the sauce. Stir everything, season with plenty of pepper (or to your liking) and serve.
