LENTILS SOUP:
Lentils (put under water 12 hours before)
1 onion
50gr.Ginger
1Garlic clove
1Carrot
1stick of cellery
1dry chili
4 rustical Sausices
PREPARATION:
1- Wash,peel and chop the onion,carrot,cellery,ginger in small pieces,take a 4 liter casserole and put4 table spoon of extravirgin olive oil,1 chili and the chopped vegies,start to stir fry at medium fire for about 5 minuts.
2- Add the lentil,salt and pepper,keep cooking about 10 minuts,add 1 litr of water and leave on medium fire and cook about 30- 40 minuts with lead on.
3- Add the rustik sausices and cook for 10 more minuts,add 2 table spoon of extravirgin olive oil.
4- Serve warm maibe with toasted farmers bread.
